XFLMP(*)– Flush Lid Service Module Pre-wired | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Provides protected under floor service access for power, data, voice, video
  • Sixteen gauge zinc plated steel body
  • Hinged, removable lid w/cord ports and recessed lid for finish floor insert, 16 gauge steel, black wrinkle powder coat finish
  • Two modular duplex outlet positions (duplex outlets ordered separately)
  • Two modular data/voice base plates with selection of most commonly specified jack mounting adaptors are provided
  • Two 6 or 8-pin female connectors mounted internally with removable cover for input and output
  • Internal connection provides built in strain relief and steel cover plate for maximum protection.

XMDO(*) – Modular Duplex Outlet   |  POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Description

  • Ordered separately for use in XFLMP Flush Lid Service Module
  • Outlets labeled number I, II, III or IV indicating which system circuit is being accessed
  • Outlets are field installed in XFLMP Access Modules in accordance with specified circuit distribution requirements
  • 20 AMP service

XFLME - Flush Lid Service Module Empty  | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENT

Description

  • Provides protected under floor service access for power, data, voice, video
  • Sixteen gauge zinc plated steel body
  • Hinged, removable lid w/cord ports and finish floor insert, 16 gauge steel, black wrinkle powder coat finish
  • Two contemporary duplex outlet positions (i.e.: Leviton, “Decora” style)
  • Two modular data/voice base plates with selection of most commonly specified jack mounting adaptors are provided
  • Two 1/2”  knockouts on opposite sides
  • Must be fully field hardwired by licensed electrician

XZDBE – Zone Distribution Box Empty | POWERFLEX XCEL HARDWIRE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT

Description

  • Provides secondary consolidation of building circuits within designated floor plan zones for distribution to outlets located in  in-floor service access boxes, modular walls and furniture and constructed walls built on top of or adjacent to Cablefloor.
  • 14” x 14” x 1.75” H (356 mm x 356 mm x 44 mm).
  • 16 gauge zinc plated steel
  • Removable lid with four screws
  • Four 1/2” – 3/4” combination knockouts on one side and three 1/2” knockouts on the other three sides
  • Four internal load support posts
  • Must be field hard wired by licensed electrician

XZDB(*) – Zone Distribution Box - Pre-wired Output & Input  | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Provides secondary consolidation of building circuits within designated floor plan zones. For distribution to Flush Lid Service Modules or System Conversion Modules
  • 14.125” x 8.25” x 1.75” H (359 mm x 209.5 mm x 44 mm).
  • Zinc plated 16 gauge steel
  • Removable lid with four screws
  • Nine - 6 or 8 - sleeve female connectors
  • 3 Input connections and 6 output connections
  • Requires use of 1 to 6 factory assembled XCS Cable Sets for out-put and 1 to 3 - XZSC Zone Starter Cables for in-put.
  • Up to 12 circuit capability using 4 circuit, 8 wire cabling

XCS(*) – Cable Sets | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Provide up to 4 circuit distribution in combination with Zone Starter Cables and In–Line Connectors from building circuit panel to Zone Distribution Boxes
  • Provide up to 4 circuit distribution from Zone Distribution Box to Flush Lid Service Modules or System Conversion Modules
  • Fully assembled 6 or 8 wire Cable Sets with male connector on both ends. Available in five foot increments from 5 ft. (1.52 m) to 50 ft. (7.32 m) in length
  • Wiring is housed in 5/8” (16 mm) AFO oval flexible conduit, outside dimensions: .550 in.   (14 mm) minor x .945 in. (24.25 mm) major

XZSC(*) – Zone Starter Cable | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Zone Starter Cables have a female connector on one end and a 6 or 8 wire pigtail on the other end.
  • Provides circuit distribution from building circuit panel to XZDB Zone Distribution Boxes, XFLMP Service Modules or XSCM System Conversion Modules
  • Combined with QCS 6- and 8- wire Cable Sets (see above), 5 ft. to 50 ft long and ILC In-Line Connectors to create Zone Cables of any length required in five ft. increments.
  • Wiring is housed in AFO-5/8 in. flexible oval conduit and interfaces with 1/2” (12.7mm) knockout on open end.

XCS4 – Cable Splitter 4 – way | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Connects two, three or four Cable Sets at a juncture
  • Four female (1 in / 3 out) 6- or 8- sleeve connectors

XILC - In-Line Connector | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • Connects two Cable Sets or Zone Starter Cable and Cable Set in-line
  • Used primarily to create Zone Cables of an length, in 5 foot increments, to deliver power from building circuit panel to XZDB Zone Distribution Box
  • Two female (1 in / 1 out) 6- or 8- sleeve connectors

XSCM(*) – System Conversion Module | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • XSCM is used as the transition from Powerflex Xcel system to other manufactured electrical systems in modular furniture, movable wall products, and contractor installed access boxes in walls constructed on or adjacent to Cablefloor.
  • One female 6- or 8-pin connector
  • One 1/2" or 3/4" combination knockout

XAPG – Access Panel Grommet | POWERFLEX XCEL MODULAR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Description

  • XAPG is used to finish 3 in. hole cut through finish flooring and Cablefloor Access Panel. This is the recommended hole size to use as a pass trough for furniture system power in-feed connected to furniture raceway and electrical system above floor level to XSCM - System Conversion Module in under floor race way.
